Coronavirus Update

Like everyone around the world, we share concerns about the coronavirus and we’re monitoring the information coming from the CDC daily.

Our number one priority is the health and wellness of both your family and our Napp family of caretakers. This is something we’re taking very seriously. There are critical steps we are taking to maintain the healthiest environment possible for your Littles and our team of sitters.

Napp continues to stress the importance of:

  • Increasing the frequency of hand-washing, and sanitizing all high touch areas.

  • Increasing the frequency of wiping down ALL surfaces, in-home, and outside the home.

  • Limiting physical group activities and increasing in-home activities like reading, fort building, painting, drawing, make-believe, cooking, dancing, board games, treasure hunting, playing outside, running, walking, taking a stroll, being in a controlled and familiar environment, unless otherwise requested or approved.

  • Enabling and encouraging all Napp sitters who are feeling under the weather for any reason to stay at home and contact us so we may find a suitable solution.

  • We ask ALL Napp Sitters, and ALL Napp Families who show early signs of illness to play it safe and stay home so that we can do everything we can to maintain and manage the risks associated with Coronavirus.

Please know that your safety and health will remain our priority. We apologize for any inconvenience our standards have caused you — however, we believe, genuinely, you’d expect nothing less than the very best from Napp for you and your family.

Sincerely,
Claire and Katie, Co-Founders, Napp
