How We Work

For Families

Napp charges a one-time family joining fee (view pricing per location) that is charged only after your onboarding call if you choose to join the Napp Network. There is a 0% risk + 0% charge process in place for any family to show interest, ask questions or have a conversation. That’s what our onboarding calls are all about. If you choose to decline an onboarding call, which confirms your decision to join the network, your joining fee will be charged at that time.

Please note that our one-time joining fee for Napp families is non-refundable once your card has been processed.

You monthly membership begins 30 days from your approval date.

• You may pause or cancel your membership in the app at any time.

• If you would like to book a sitter without joining our membership subscription (great for out of towners!), for a one-time $25 fee, please submit a request here and we will do our best to provide a sitter (when possible, please allow at least 48 hours' notice!).

• No refunds will be provided.

• Receipts will be available upon request. Please email us at info@nappnetwork.com.

For Sitters

Napp was created for sitters, by sitters and we are so excited to support you and advocate for you.

Napp requires premium background checks for all sitters. There are no signup charges aside from the premium background check and sitters will not be admitted into the app until Napp receives this background check and a welcome call approval.

There is a 0% risk + 0% charge process in place for any sitter to show interest, ask questions or have a conversation. Our onboarding calls serve as interviews as well as an introduction to our standards, expectations, and the perks of being a Napp Network sitter offers.
