What’s New for Our Napp Families & Sitters
We are always working to improve the Napp network experience and are excited to share what’s new in our next app update!
In our most recent update:
Enhanced Manage Feature - families and sitters can now post jobs and availability straight from the Manage calendar in Napp.
Efficient New User Registration - new users experience an easier and more seamless on-boarding.
Updated Push Notifications - bug for pushes has been fixed and all pushes will send for new gigs, requests, and confirmations.
Policy Reminders:
Cancellation Policy: Sitters must contact families directly to cancel a booking. All cancellations by a sitter or family must be made in the app, by the family by selecting "Cancel" and then choosing who canceled. Charges will be made accordingly and are time-sensitive.
NAPP charges a $40 cancellation fee for all gigs canceled within a 24-hour window and a $25 cancellation fee for all gigs canceled within a 72-hour window of the gig. We do this to ensure that families receive a bonus to add to their reposted gigs and that the sitters receive some compensation for the last-minute change.
