Hocus Pocus Buns

 
 

Poof! The marshmallow disappears and all you’re left with is a sticky cinnamon bun. These are a blast to make with the kids and see the look of surprise when they take that first bite!

You Need:

  • 1 8 oz. package of refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 8 regular-sized marshmellows 

  • ¼ cup butter

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

  • Halloween Sprinkles

To Make:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Melt butter in a bowl.

  3. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

  5. Unroll the crescent rolls. Take 1 triangle and lay it out on a flat surface. Dip a marshmallow in the melted butter and roll it around until covered.

  6. Dip buttered marshmallow into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cinnamon sugar covered marshmallow into the center of the large part of the crescent roll triangle base.

  7. Bring in triangle tips to the marshmallow and wrap them around. Tuck ends under making sure that the marshmallow is completely enclosed in the crescent roll dough.

  8. Dip the bottom of the ball into melted butter and place it onto the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining rolls.

  9. Sprinkle each bun with cinnamon and sugar and with Halloween sprinkles.

  10. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
