Puffy Paint Snowman

Bring the snow indoors with a puffy paint snowy scene, complete with a decked out snowman. The best part is when it’s dry, you still have a fun sensory project because it feels really neat to the touch- smooth and fluffy!

You’ll Need:

  • School glue

  • Shaving cream

  • Paper (any color except white) or a folder (I used a folder because  we wanted to display ours on a table).

  • Items to make eyes, carrot nose, buttons (pom poms, paper cut outs, small beads or buttons)

  • Craft sticks or twigs for arms

  • Bowl for mixing

  • Paint brush

  • Pencil

To Make:

  1. Take your paper and draw the snowman with your pencil.

  2. Mix equal parts glue and shaving cream together in the bowl.

  3. Paint your snowman, leaving it fluffy and puffy!

  4. Add the extras to make your snowman come to life. Sticks for his arms, eyes, nose and buttons. You could even add a hat and scarf or add onto your snowy scene. Be as creative as you want to be!

  5. Let it dry and you’ll have a little puffy snowman to decorate your house with in no time!
